Taking Your Practice to the Next Level
Billing
We follow a proven process to secure payment for the physician. When finalized, we scrub the claim making sure the proper coding has been applied and submit it within 24-48 hours. We use technology to transmit the claims electronically to the appropriate insurance companies and government agencies. We closely monitor the claim and immediately act on denials, payment posting and patient balances.
Credentialing and Consulting
We perform credentialing, allowing physicians to stay in compliance with insurance company certification. Credentialing is included in our fee. We also provide value-added services to help keep your practice running smoothly and efficiently. This includes offering insight into EHR implementations, patient check-in processes, collecting co-pays, insurance validation, advising patients and more.
Practice Reporting
We provide a core set of reports on a monthly basis including Billings by Procedure, Payments by Insurance Company (to reconcile deposits made to your account) and Aged A/R Trial Balance. Our systems can also create custom reports which can be based on specific time frames and filters.

MEET THE OWNERS
Adrienne and David Souza
Adrienne and Dave met at Bentley University and have been inseparable ever since. Adrienne graduated with a BS in Accountancy and Dave with a BS in Computer Information Systems. Adrienne worked as an accountant for corporations in hospitality and advertising and for the last 20 years in medical billing with Dave's mom and founder Sheila. Dave worked for an investment company as a technology executive and then joined Adrienne in creating SVS Services upon Sheila's retirement. Together and with their expert team they form a strong partnership of business acumen and technology to help providers do what they do best: practice medicine while giving their patients their undivided attention in order to achieve the best outcomes.
