Sheila V. Souza (Retired Founder)
Sheila started SVS after a career as the Data Processing Manager for Falmouth Hospital. She was responsible for automating all aspects of the billing function and was a pioneer in the use of technology in the medical field.
Adrienne W. Souza
Adrienne held management positions in a number of industries and has been with SVS since 1990. She is involved in all facets of the business. She has a BS Degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.
David P. Souza
David is a former Putnam Investments executive responsible for business systems. He oversees technology and strategic projects at SVS. He has a BS Degree in Information Systems from Bentley University.

Billing
We follow a proven process to secure payment for the physician. We scrub the claim making sure the proper coding has been applied and submit it within 24 hours of service. We use technology to transmit the claims electronically to the appropriate insurance companies and government agencies. We closely monitor the claim and immediately act on payment posting, adjustments, deductibles, co-pays, denials and patient balances.
Practice Analysis and Credentialing
We provide value added services to help keep your practice running smoothly and efficiently. This includes offering insight into EHR implementations, patient check-in methods, collecting co-pays, encounter coding, insurance company member number validation, advising patients and more. We also perform credentialing which allows physicians to obtain payment from insurance companies.
Practice Reporting
We provide an extensive suite of practice reports including Charges and Payments, Productivity Analysis, Performance Variance, Transaction Updates, A/R Analysis, Aged Trial Balance, Deposits by Insurance and Billings. Our systems can also create custom adhoc reports and labels.
